Matt was working so we hit 2 parties in one night just Kara, Logan, and myself.
We had a party at Hope Ranch to celebrate Christmas with Christine. We have gotten to know Christine through Hope Ranch. She has ALS and we did a fundraiser to bring her to Salt Lake to spend time with us for her last Christmas. She met Terri the founder of Hope Ranch almost 10 years before and reconnected with Terri to gift her the horses, Mia and Sierra, she so loved but could no longer take care of due to her disease. Terri and Christine have become really close and we have gotten to know Christine through a couple of her visit her and through Terri's stories that she has told us.
I pretty much had to keep an eye on Logan but Kara was able to play downstairs with some of the older kids and play with the horses.
We left the Hope Ranch party rather late, but ended up being way early to our next party, Edge Family Party as the food didn't arrive until later than we did.
We use to have a party every year with my grandma as the focal point, but since she has been gone for almost 3 years now, my aunts and mom now put it together.
This is Adalee and Kara. Everyone had such a hard time telling them apart. They are the same age and just 2 weeks apart. Gotta love how close cousins can look alike.
