So the kids have never sat on Santa's lap before, so the first Saturday Matt worked at the U of U and I was trying to get use to his schedule I planned a fun little trip for us.
We first went to JC Penney to find Matt a present from the kids.
Afterwards, we headed to RC Willey to sit on Santa's lap and have a hot dog. Kara was definitely great with the idea, but Logan was very reserved. He didn't cry though.

While we waited for our picture to print, we went and had a hot dog. Both the kids wanted seconds, but I explained we only could have one.
We went home and had naps. Logan played in Kara's dress up shoes waiting for her to wake up.

After I put Logan to bed, we wrapped Matt's present and then Kara wanted to write Daddy on it. It was a great attempt and she had fun wrapping the present ALL by herself. I wrote the letters on another paper and she tried to copy them.
