12-31-2017 - New Years Eve

New Year's Eve was so uneventful this year. Matt worked so I got the kids to bed and hung out by myself. But before the kids went to bed, we watched Little Women and had popcorn.

12-29-2017 - Bike Ride

December 29th and it was an awfully warm and sunny day, so we went for a bike ride. Kara's first 3 mile bike ride. It was a bit hard riding behind her and calling out cues to her about what to do at intersections of road and keep her motivated to pump her little legs while we went up a couple teeny tiny hills.

We stopped at the park on the way home to let Logan run and give Kara's legs some much needed rest.

12-27-2017 - Free Zoo Day

We (the kids and I) went to the free zoo day at Hogle Zoo and took Matt's parents with us.

12-26-2017 - Snowman Building

It snowed on Christmas Day, but we were too busy so the kids and I build snowmen on the 26th. Matt had to work bright and early so he got to see the snowmen when he got home.
