Washington...Part 1

So after Oregon and Matt dropping us off with Chelsey and figuring out how to get him home from the car breaking down this settled down the 2nd day we where there. Kara loved playing with Lydia the first day, but turned into a bully the rest of the trip some of the time. If Lydia wasn't around, she did great with Arlee and Ellie, but for reason when Lydia was around we had to keep an eye on Kara. Kara liked to randomly push, hit, or scream "NO!" at the top of her lungs at Lydia. It got to be tiresome and I was glad to finally go home because of that, but everything else was pretty good.

We got there on Tuesday and flew home on Sunday.

Kara enjoyed having someone to play with and being able to roam around Chelsey's house. She was so cute with Ellie, which gives me hope with our little one coming.

We didn't do anything extravagant while we were there as Arlee was in school the Wednesday and Thursday, and then we only had Friday and Saturday to play. Plus, I was still having bouts with morning sickness and not feeling good.

Thursday - we had a picnic in the backyard as Chelsey was hosting Bunko (sp?) and we needed to keep the house clean. I got to fill in as a sub for Bunko. It was my first time playing, so trying to remember all the rules, keep count of the dice, and have a conversation were a little bit much for my prego brain. It was a fun night though. Hans took all 4 girls, Arlee, Lydia, Ellie, and Kara, to the neighbor's house with their two kids while we played. So they had two guys and six kids to watch under the age on 6. Kara wasn't too thrilled about it and fussed for 30 minutes until Hans held her and they watched football.

Playing in the backyard with the cart.

One of the days to get out of the house, we went to the playground at Arlee's school.

Chelsey took Kara on the swings as it was to much motion for me to handle. I ended up filming them swinging together with my eyes closed.
