On Labor Day, I went with Matt's parents, my brother in-law, Brian, and sister in-law, Amy, and my niece Tali and nephew, Jairus to Oktober Fest at Snowbird.
Let me tell you it was the most beautiful day. Blue sky and perfect temperature. Well that is until I remembered I was high in the mountains and had a part in my hair, so my scalp got really burnt. OOPS! Won't ever happen again.
There are lots of rides at Oktober Fest, food, and people. The rides are really expensive, so I mostly enjoyed the weather and watched Jairus while Amy went on the alpine slide with Tali. The wait was 45 minutes long. Then we, well my mother in-law and me, while my father in-law slept on the grass, watched Jairus and Tali while Brian and Amy waited in line to the Zipline which was 1 hour and 20 minutes long. Worse than Disneyland and Lagoon. It was a nice day out, while Matt was at home doing homework.
