We had a surprise birthday party for my mom. I volunteered to make the cake. My mom likes chocolate cake with a minty icing.
I had fun making the cake with Logan's help. Then came the time to do the icing. It didn't work like it was suppose to. It was suppose to be fluffy and sticky. Instead it was tasty and running.
We ended up with a chocolate cake and a pan full of icing. It still tasted great. You just had to spoon some icing onto your cake after cutting it.
