Disneyland Trip - 3-8-2016 - 3rd/Final Day at Disneyland

Tuesday, March 8th - 3rd/Final Day in Disneyland. We saved the last day to use our magic morning and get into Disneyland an hour earlier than regular ticket holders. We didn't realize that a limited area was open. We got there hoping to go on Peter Pan ride, but found it to be a 45 minute wait. So we headed on over to the submarines. Not my favorite ride as its claustrophobic, but I handled it well enough.

We then hit up Buzz Lightyear Astro Blaster. Notice the scores. I did the best while holding Logan and shooting for him.

Kara and Matt rode together.

Mom and Pops.

Me and Logan

We actually waited in line to see Tinkerbell, just so Kara could meet her and have her picture taken. It was only about 20 minutes of waiting which wasn't too bad.

Matt and Kara went on Hyperspace Mountain together. She didn't even mind the ride. We waited for them while Logan slept in the stroller for a bit.

I went on Indiana Jones with Mom and Pops while Matt stayed with the kids. This was one of the only rides that Kara was too short to go on.

While everyone was riding big thunder rail road, Logan and I met up with Tianna.

Kara wanted to go up on the steamboat and check things out. It wasn't moving as the Waters of America were closed for the construction of Star Wars land, but they still had some great music playing on board.

Kara dancing.

Kara also got to meet Tianna after the railroad ride and playing on the boat.

Pops bought everyone a churro.

Our adventure on Pirates of the Caribbean. It was Logan's second time riding the ride and did better, but still shook when we went down the waterfall.

We got stuck by "unfriendly ghost" on Haunted Mansion a couple times, so we were able to take a photo-op in the dark.

Logan sporting Matt's glasses.

We went back to the condo for a late nap. Kids were so tired and we planned to stay at Disneyland that night until it closed.

After the kids woke up, we walked to Downtown Disney to get dinner and Earl of Sandwich. We then found out the monorail was closed and our plans to go straight to Toon Town were re-arranged. Matt and Kara had a late lunch, so they weren't hungry and headed to Toon Town while the rest of us ate. They had a lot of fun just the two of them for a couple hours until we caught up.

We finally caught up and speed through the houses and went on the two rides in Toon Town.

As we were leaving to head to Its a Small World, Pops misstepped off the curb and flatten Kara. Kara was okay but Pops got hurt. We rode Its a Small World, so Pops could sit for a while.

We went to ride Winnie the Pooh. After riding that ride, Matt took Kara on Splash Mountain.

She says she liked the ride, but her face makes you wonder a bit in the picture.

I headed back with Logan, Mom, and Pops after waiting for Matt and Logan to go on Splash Mountain. Pops was hurting from the fall and I was tired and done with the rides. We tried to wait in the Peter Pan line but decided it was too long and we didn't care.

Matt and Kara did wait for Peter Pan and got onto the ride. He also took her through the gift shop to pick out a souvenir. Kara picked Baby Ariel. They got back to the condo at 11:30pm.

We had a ton of fun at Disneyland. It was hard with Logan and nap times, but the day of rest in between were fun. Someday we will go back again when the kids are older. We now have our sights set on Disney World in 2020 when Logan turns 5 and Kara will be 7.
