Our Ward Christmas party was a breakfast this year. Before we had breakfast though, we had a program by the West Jordan High Madrigals.
Kara wanted to watch them and listen to them up close, so we ended up ditching Matt and Logan at the table we had chosen to set up at and went straight for the closest chair we could find. She was mesmerized by them. It was a great rendition of songs to and was a lot of fun to listen to them. The choir teacher is in our bishopric, so we had some connections to get them to perform for us.
After the performance, we enjoyed a nice breakfast. I had Matt incharge of Logan so I could actually enjoy me meal just a little bit.
At the end of breakfast, they were having the primary kids come up and sing a song. Kara was still in nursery at the time, but loves to sing so I couldn't see the harm in letting her sit up on stage with the rest of them.
Wondering if I am going to have a singer when she gets older? Who knows?
