Christmas Time Getaway

This year for Christmas Time, Matt and I went to a little getaway to the Alaska Inn in Ogden Canyon, on December 22nd. We had a little cabin to ourselves for the evening. We started with a dinner at Cafe Rio. The cabin was a nice getaway from the hum drum of the regular life.

When we arrived to our cabin, we had cookies on the table and sparkling cider on ice.

On our way home down Ogden Canyon, we drove by the a beautiful frozen waterfall. It was such a beautiful site, we stopped and got out to take a picture. We froze the instant we got out of the car, but we still got the picture.


We had a lovely time and will probably make it a Christmas tradition!

    You guys look pretty cold. I have to say. Good thing you could get back in the car. The cabin looked like somewhere I would like to go. Maybe some day. Glad you two could get away.
