3-29-2015 - Kara turned 2

I bought ALL of Kara's birthday presents back in December as I knew I wouldn't be up for it after having the baby, so she got a little spoiled and rightly so as she was now sharing her house with a new little baby. Plus I got everything on a killer sale too.

We let Kara open her presents as soon as she got up. Matt had fun putting together her table while Kara played with it.

After opening her presents, we gave Logan his first bath at home and Kara got to help.

Matt took Kara to church, so she could go to nursery while I stayed home and napped with Logan.

After they got home from church, we headed over to Matt's parents so they could watch Logan while we took Kara to her co-birthday party thrown by Chelsey.

She had a birthday party with Ellie (March 26th) and Arlee (March 25th). It was Ellie's 1st birthday and Arlee's 6th birthday. It took quite awhile to go through opening the presents as Hans' family was also there to celebrate Arlee and Ellie's birthdays too. We left Logan at Matt's parents as there was going to be too many people around for my comfort for a newborn baby. Chelsey was nice enough to include Kara in the birthday plans all we had to do was show up.

We also called our favorite birthday twiner, Laura, who shares a birthday with Kara and wished her happy birthday.

3-28-2015 - Chelsey Here and Kara's birthday Celebration with the Elswoods

We went over to my moms to see Chelsey and get out of the house. Chelsey took some pictures of Logan.

This is definitely not Chelsey or the Elswoods, but I had to document this. I get referred to as a milk factory in the first couple months after having a baby because I stock pile up the breast milk like crazy. I have hundreds of ounces stored at my house, my moms, and my in-laws. Great for later.

We also celebrated Logan's birth and Kara's 2nd birthday with our favorite family, the Elswoods. Gracie and Katie were bummed that they couldn't see Logan in the hospital, so Kristin made us dinner and cupcakes and they came down for the evening.
