So Logan finally arrived...8 weeks ago and I am finally down to Blogging on my to do list as Logan, Kara, and Matt sleep.
Matt has been working hard at getting our backyard ready for grass. It takes alot of time especially with the rain coming every time he can work. He has also picked up 3 extra shifts since Logan was born which is a lot.
Kara is sick with a cold and it hasn't slowed her down at all. She just screams "boogies" runs over for a tissue for me to wipe her nose, and then continues on full speed. The only problem is that she doesn't feel good and when she asks for something and doesn't get it, she cries, which creates more "boogies", then her screaming "boogies" and we start the process all over again.
Logan is mellow and takes his sister's hyperness with relaxed easy. He is such a fantastic baby and I can't stand how much I love him.
Me - I am pretty good as long as I have sleep. I can get quite reflective and feel my emotions for my family extra deeply recently. I told Matt yesterday that I didn't want Logan to grow up, but I remember feeling the same way about Kara at this time. I blame it on hormones and the love you can feel for a child.
So enough of the emotions as it will send me into dwelling and feeling too sentimental, which with the rain clouds and dark cloudy skies equals what it equals.
In the next couple weeks, I hope to be up to date with the blog of what has happened in the past 2 months. That is my goal, but can change as it takes a bit of time to feed kids, play with them, put them to bed, hangout with Matt, house work, cleaning, exercising, etc.
So have fun reading and looking at pictures as they come.

Last adventures before baby arrives
Went to my doctor's appointment on Wednesday, March 18th and asked her if we could move my induction date up to Monday, March 23rd instead of March 27th. She said that would be great, so I went about the next 5 days trying to keep busy and finish up the last minute things on my list.
After my appointment, Kara and I went to my mom's for the evening as Matt was going to start his work week. It was also her birthday, so Kara and I took her out to dinner and told her the new baby would be here on Monday.

On March 19th, Kara and I went over to Kali's to hangout with her and Leili. They played really well together and it was the first time I let Kara play in the backyard without me being outside with her. Can't wait for our backyard to be finished!

On March 20th, Kara and I went on a shopping trip to purchase last minute items. We also went to a store with a Dumbo and she wanted to ride it. Turned out, I actually had 25 cents, so she flew on Dumbo and was very excited to see her dad to tell him when he woke up from sleeping.
We also watched a movie that night and Kara decided my belly would make a good arm rest.
Ready or Not...a baby will be here on March 23rd!

March 2015 - Random pictures
2-27-2015 - Matt took us to La Luna for dinner
3-2-2015 - We went out for Jamba Juice after going shopping. Kara got so cold we had to turn on the fire.
3-3-2015 - Went out and stocked up on some diapers. I also took a prego picture since my sister, Chelsey, asked so nicely.
3-5-2015 - Played at Kali's house. Leili and Kara did pretty well together.
3-6-2015 - We took Kara to "her" park. She loves playing with Matt on the slides and racing him. I also finished up the baby's room as much as possible.
3-7-2015 - Kara and I went to Katie's 6th birthday party. I ended up not feeling well after getting home with a cold, so we cuddled on the couch and watched a movie. After Kara went to bed, I cuddled up and had some of my home made grape juice. So yummy!
3-9-2015 - I painted Kara's toes and we went to Bonkta's house. She likes to have Bonkta sit on the floor with her and have a "juice" party.
3-10-2015 - We made rice for dinner. Well, Matt made rice a roni for me and Kara and he had brown rice. The only way Kara would eat the rice was if Matt fed her and I took a picture. She even said she liked it, but wouldn't eat another bit of it with out the before mentioned stipulations. WEIRD child sometimes,
3-12-2015 - We went to Yougurtland for a night out.
3-16-2015 - My laundry helper and car pusher.
3-17-2015 - St. Patty's Day
St. Patty's Day - was fun this year. It was beautiful outside, so we went to the zoo with Kali, Leili, Mason, and my mom.
The kids did pretty good together, except when Kara threw a fit that Leili wanted to sit back in her stroller and not use Kara's. So I held Kara while she screamed a bit by the Polar Bear area. Leili ended up having a conversation with Kali on her way home of what she observed:
Kali - "Leili did you have fun?"
Leili - "yes, play nice. Kara fits. Abbie spank face."
Leili kept saying this over and over in the car on their way home.
I thought it was funny to hear Leili observation of what happen as I just held Kara while she cried and asked for Leili's stroller. Through the eyes of a child.
After the zoo, I tried to put Kara down for a nap, but was totally unsuccessful. We got up and played until Matt came home from work and fixed us a nice "green" dinner.
