3-23-2019 - Logan's 4th Birthday

Logan turned 4. He wanted a birthday party and I obviously said yes because he has pictures of them. He had a dinosaur egg hunt and pin the tail on "Scratch" which Matt of course drew for him. Such a talented Daddy! We spent the evening with the Elswoods and they made his favorite dinner - Crepes. We took a long walk over to where they were going to build a house. Parker's shoe came off in the mud and David had to go rescue him. Kids climbed the mountains of dirt found around the hole. Logan fell asleep on the way home and I wanted to carry him inside. Kids are only little for a short amount of time. 

3-21-2019 - Day of random

Day of Random - went to the dentist to get a cavity filled. I can only get a cavity filled after having the Nitrous Gas to calm me down. I also got my hair done. We also went to my high school for a Mountain View Corridor meeting. I hadn't been back there in years. Kids asked a lot of questions and enjoyed seeing inside the building. It is weird growing up and going back to where you grew up and had so many memories!

3-15-2019 - Big Bonka Birthday dinner

For some reason, every year we take Big Bonka out for her birthday at IHOP. Kids get to eat free and we get to spend time with her. 3 out of 4 in our dinner party have March birthdays, mine is the lonely January birthday. 

3-2-2019 - Mardi Gras Date

Our local library sponsored a free Mardi Gras party. I got tickets and told Matt about it. He informed me that if he was going, we were going to dress up. I got out a dress I had made for Halloween the year before. Matt got out his Riddler costume. We put on some masks and dressed the part. 

We had a fun date together and were surprised by how much fun the free event was. Next year, we were going to invite some friends though. 

3-1-2019 - Logan's stomach hurt. X-ray

What do you do when your little boy says his stomach hurts and he is walking around hunched over for hours and crying? You take him to the InstaCare to see if he has something wrong. Nothing wrong, just severally constipated. 

3-2-2019 - Fun with Mommy

I took the kids to Target for a reading program. We went to the library and Arctic Circle. We also hunted for masks for Matt and my Mardi Gras date night. Logan and I were able to see my friend Laura for an hour on her quick visit from Texas.
