Kara's swim lessons - May 2016

I signed up Kara for her first swim session for May 18th. She was suppose to be in Turkey's son, Miles class, but halfway through the first class she was moved into the adjacent class on the stairs. I thought she was being to wild or got in trouble with the teachers, but we found out that she got moved because there was only one girl in the other class and she didn't want to be alone. Kara did pretty well for her first time. She couldn't seem to remember to stay on the stairs when her teacher wasn't there and wanted to be "brave" and go swim by herself. We would have a talk ever time we were driving to the pool to "walk and not run, listen to her teacher, stay on the top stairs, and have fun." She usually was good and mostly listening and having fun. Every time I would remind her not to run, she would tell me "Mom we can run IN the pool though, right?" 

She is such a fish, daredevil and loves the water. Maybe it has been all the swimming I have been doing since she was a baby.
