Hiking Bell Canyon Reservoir

We took our second hike to Bell Canyon Reservoir.

We woke up and got ready. As soon as Kara woke up, we packed her in the car and fed her breakfast on the way to the hike. The hike to the reservoir was fairly level and easy. But we explored all the paths around the lake and took a wrong path and ended up literally climbing a piece of the mountain. Not recommended with a little one on your back.

Jumping

We found out how much Kara likes jumping when we set up the trampoline this year at my mom's.

She is so cute on it, but very hard to make sure she stays away from the edges.

Chelsey's May Visit

Chelsey came to visit at the last minute and had Ellie's baby blessing the same time. It was over Memorial Day weekend. She came early and Hans followed some days later.

We had fun hanging out together. We went to Tracy Aviary, bowling, and had s'mores in my mom's backyard.

Mother Day 2014

My 2nd Mother's Day was great just like last year. Matt was working again this year, so I got to hang out with Kara, go to my mom's for a bit, and had dinner at Matt's parents all while he slept the day away. SO thankful that he does work so hard so I can stay home and be a mom.

Matt also go me a present this year of a day zip lining in Provo Canyon. I was excited and I wasn't. I like a good adventure, but I am afraid of heights. We did have a fun day and Matt's mom was nice enough to watch Kara for us while we enjoyed it.
